Shipping & Returns

At MyHeatwave Inc., we take design and craftmanship very seriously and we want you to love your blanket as much as we do!  Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 30 days of purchase; our team will promptly work on a replacement. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MyHeatwave Inc. you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling fees and processing fees).  The product(s) must be in the original box and be in good working condition.  If you have any questions about shipping, delivery or returns, please email us at customerservice@myheatwave.com

Your MyHeatwave product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original purchase when used in accordance with My Heatwave Inc. user manuals.  If a defect arises during the Limited Warranty period, My Heatwave Inc., at its discretion will repair the product at no charge using new parts or replace the defective product at no charge.  This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials and workmanship and, damage resulting from mistreatment of the product, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
